Tapping Points

 
Using your fingertips only, apply gentle and repetitive tapping with one or both hands, on the specific meridan points indicated on this diagram.
Starting at side of hand (karate point), then top of head, eyebrow and so on, continue tapping  until you have completed one round, returning again to side of hand.
