Tapping Points 
A routine you can follow daily with a set up statement something like this:
Even though I a feel .......
Or even though I have been ....
and then an Acceptance statement like this:
I still love and accept myself unconditionally
or I can accept myself unconditionally
or I know it is ok, I am alright
Please use gentle pressure tapping
one hand or both hands
Tap as many times as feels right 
Starting at side of hand (karate point)
then top of head, and so on. 
I typically do not use the liver or wrist points
