Tapping Points

Using two or three fingertips, apply gentle and repetitive tapping with one or both hands, on the specific meridan points indicated on this diagram, at a minimum of seven times on each point.
Starting at the side of your palm (karate point), then top of head, eyebrow and so on, continue tapping  until you have completed one round, returning again to side of hand.
