Using either the WhatsApp or Zoom platform, your session will be conducted as a Video Chat. Prior to the session you will be sent an introductory email with a medical disclaimer to sign along with some information about the reason for your session at this time. If you feel something is holding you back and restricting the flow of positive energy within you, then Emotional Freedom Technique may be well worth experiencing. Where acupuncture uses needles on meridian points, EFT uses a gentle tapping with fingertips on the same points of the head, face, hands and upper body to open a clear path for life force energy to flow through the body, releasing any blockages in its way. Through meditation and conversation, we begin by uncovering and peeling away the layers of the issue and the thoughts and feelings surrounding it, to get to the core of the problem. Together determining what is the cause of a block so that we can release it. Whether it is heartbreak, childhood trauma, negative self talk, lack of self worth, addiction, insomnia, perfectionism, a secret kept, procrastination, phobias, grief, loneliness, chronic pain, there is hope to release the negative vibrations surrounding this and to move on with relief and a more positive outlook. The release comes after a deeper understanding of the negative self talk that has surrounded these issues and what limiting beliefs and fears may be holding a person back from their own healing. With the aid of tapping and spoken word affirmations, these thoughts, beliefs and feelings are replaced with the most positive vibration of love and compassion. I have personally seen life-changing results with my clients that can be directly attributed to these EFT sessions.
