" Deenah,  it is amazing how I felt the warmth of energy on my forehead and left side of my chest and shoulder..and also under my right hand where I felt almost an inch of energy under my fingers. I woke up really bright in the morning. I never drink coffee, but this morning I felt like I had a double espresso.
